1 研究方向的题目:

触变锻造微观组织表征、及工艺参数研究与计算机模拟

 

2 研究内容:

 

(1) 低液相半固态材料微观组织表征

(2) 低液相体积分数坯料的加热和控制技术

(3) /固相成分流动的控制技术

(4) 低液相半固态材料的统一本构模型并进行对于不同成形参数下对半固态触变成形工艺的仿真

(5) 具体复杂零件的触变成形
