      金刚石的功能化修饰及其生物传感性能研究

 

2 研究内容:

 

       金刚石薄膜表面的化学惰性导致其表面可再造性能差,无法满足制备各种功能表面的需要,因此,要扩展金刚石薄膜的应用,必须以官能团修饰使其表面功能化。本项目拟采用三种途径实现氢终端掺硼金刚石的化学功能化修饰,导入易于固定化生物分子的羧基与叠氮基。采用电化学、X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方法进行表征分析,优化修饰途径。用紫外光辐射模版对样品表面进行微米级图案刻印,将荧光标记生物分子高效地固定在样品表面,利用荧光显微镜检测样品表面生物分子的荧光图象,确定最佳固定化方案。本研究在系统探讨与建立一系列金刚石表面功能化修饰和表面生物分子固定化方法的基础上,深入开展表面功能化掺硼金刚石的电化学生物传感性能,探讨相关的物理化学内涵及理论机制,为制备高灵敏度、快速响应、可选择性强的金刚石基生物传感器提供重要的实验研究和理论分析基础。
